Synthèse de nanoparticules de phosphate tricalcique β par voie aqueuse

Titre: Synthèse de nanoparticules de phosphate tricalcique β par voie aqueuse
Auteur(s): Massit, A.; Yacoubi, A.; Chafik El Idrissi, B.; Yamni, K.
Résumé: The Ca3(PO4)2 (β-TCP) can be obtained by the calcination above 750°C of the apatitic

tricalcium phosphate Ca9(HPO4)(PO4)5

OH (Ap-TCP). The β-TCP is of great interest in the field of

bone replacement. However, the use of β-tricalcium phosphate is limited by the difficulty of the

synthesis as a pure compound. The calcium/phosphate molar ratio must be 1.500. Nanoparticles of

β-TCP were synthesized by wet precipitation method in aqueous phase. The size of the crystallites is

closed to 40 nm. The two powders, dried at 60°C and calcined at 800°C were characterized by using

X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared Fourier transform (FTIR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis

(DTA / TG) and the inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP AES).
