Résumé: The aim of this study was to investigate the present level of job satisfaction among faculty members at Irbid private University and its relationship with age, academic experience, nationality, academic rank, and course specialization.&#xD;
The results showed that there was middle level of job non-financial incentives. High level of job satisfaction with regard to work environment and financial and non-financial incentives. High level of job satisfaction related to faculty members’ relations and their relations to management accrued. Results also indicated that there were no significant differences in job satisfaction due to age, experience, nationality and academic rank. In which significant differences were found in job satisfaction related to the specialization variable</description>

Résumé: The present paper focuses upon three main issues : the first issues deals with the theoretical aspect of global mobility.&#xD;
The second point deals with the different ideas revolving around globalization, worldly, state, determinism and technique.&#xD;
The third aspect deals with the contradictions concerning current state “positions” and the prospect of “worldly” economy.&#xD;
In the context of both theoretical and concrete analysis, the study states that globalization can be seen as a king of transfer of capital functions on a world level. As such there appears a violation of equilibrism between labour and capital. This in itself appears as a central understanding in such a global phenomenon.</description>
