Résumé: تناول هذا المقال موضوع في غاية الأهمية. وهو النشاط المشترك الذي يجمع كل من منظمة الجمارك العالمية باعتبارها الهيئة الوحيدة على المستوى العالمي التي تنسق بين الإدارات الجمركية. وتعمل على ايجاد جملة من الآليات التي تساهم في تطوير العمل الجمركي. وكذا منظمة التجارة العالمية التي تشرف على قضايا التجارة الدولية. وسوف نركز في هذه الدراسة على برنامج Mercator الذي يجسد نوعية التعاون بين الهيأتين. كون هذا البرنامج جاء ليدعم دور منظمة الجمارك العالمية في المساهمة في تجسيد اتفاقية تسهيل التجارة المنبثقة عن المؤتمر التاسع لمنظمة لتجارة العالمية (2013) ببالي إندونيسيا.This article addresses a very important topic. Résumé: تهدُف الدراسة إلى تحديد الآثار التي يحدثها وقف الفائض التأميني على الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين التكافلي، ولصندوق وقف المشتركين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم حساب نسب الملاءة المالية للشركة للفترة (2011-2015)، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم تأثير وقف الفائض التأميني على الملاءة المالية للشركة، وإن ما يتحقق بالشركة من عجز تأميني، فنتيجة عدم اتباعها لسياسة المخاطر المرتفعة في استثمارتها؛ حيث تعتمد في استثماراتها على الصكوك ثابتة العائد.
